The Senior & Slow Everest, in brief.

The Senior & Slow Everest is the same Base Camp trek, re-paced for travellers who would rather take their time. Eighteen days instead of fifteen, three full rest days instead of three active ones, and walking days that end by mid-afternoon.

Shorter stages, more nights in the villages, and exactly the same summit of Kala Patthar at the end — just arrived at differently.

A note from our guides

This edition is paced for travellers who would rather take their time. If a day feels long, your guide will shorten it — and the extra rest days mean the mountain can always be re-arranged around your body, never the other way round.
